Tammy Care Foundation serves the community through outreach, volunteer support, senior assistance, disability support, food and basic needs programs, family resources, and compassionate service projects.
Our Community Service Mission
Our community service work is focused on meeting real needs with compassion and action. We support seniors, adults with disabilities, families, youth, caregivers, and underserved individuals by providing direct assistance, outreach events, volunteer programs, and connections to resources.
Community Service Programs
Food & Meal Support
Community food drives, meal distribution, pantry support, and basic nutrition assistance for individuals and families in need.
Senior Outreach
Wellness check-ins, companionship visits, activity support, resource guidance, and dignity-focused assistance for seniors.
Adults With Disabilities
Community inclusion, supportive resources, life skills assistance, family support, and advocacy for adults with disabilities.
Family Resource Support
Connecting families with clothing, hygiene items, school supplies, transportation help, housing resources, and local support networks.
Volunteer Service Days
Organized service projects including donation sorting, senior support events, neighborhood cleanups, meal packing, and outreach events.
Community Partnerships
Working with churches, businesses, nonprofits, schools, civic groups, and donors to expand impact across the community.
